"What's de problem, Polly,", dem Cyclopses said. "Dat yo bein' a real nigga in de dead o night? Can't a brutha get some sleep?"

But Polly be shoutin' at dem from inside his block "Nobody's lynchin' me."

"Are you fo real, nigga?!"

Lasers & Feelings
Do I even want to know?
It's harmless. Just some Star-Trek-inspired RPG so barebones it makes Risus look like Phoenix Command. The autism mostly comes from every dipshit on itch.io making their own hacks because the rules barely even exist.
Lasers & Feelings in a nutshellShow
Basically everything you could possibly do in the game is filed under one of two general categories, like "Lasers" and "Feelings", or whatever quirky other group the various hacks have come up with.

Whenever you try something, you roll a d6 and have to either try to roll high or low, depending on which category your action falls under. This is where you only real stat comes into a play: a number from 2 to 5 that tells you where exactly on the die one category ends and the other starts. If you roll this number exactly you score a critical hit, which usually has a cutesy name (like "Laser Feelings" in the OG version).

In the OG Lasers & Feelings, "Lasers" stands for science and rational stuff, whereas "Feelings" are everything else. Your stat number effective determines where on the Kirk-to-Spock spectrum your character is.

There's some other shit like picking your role/class or whatever, but all this does is maybe let you roll extra dice if the GM thinks it's fitting for what you're trying to do.
Sure Jen, your Patreon profile still has you as Britanny.
I love the dead eyes.

You know, I wonder how many Dickstarters will use this opportunity for a stealth cancellation. There were a lot more honest projects that just ended when the Kung-Flu disrupted the China trade.
THQ cancelled their Gothic board game, and the alleged reason they gave was "sorry for not living up to expectations by not having a gameplay video at launch. We promise to do beter at a later time".

Absolutely laughable. It didn't even have stretch goals, it was a simple pay it or leave it campign.

It's a board game. You move around tokens on a board.

Red Alert: New world order

No woke shit this time, but a lawsuit waiting to happen :3
What's the first thing that comes to your mind looking at this upcoming moneygrabber?
edit: image of a cyber soldier with a red eye lens has been baleeted. I wonder why

Right now the dev is passive-aggreessively calling everyone in the comments morons, even spouting "No no, EA only has rights to the full title including Command and Conquer! Honest!"
So what's new with not-C&C?
Following discussions with EA, we confirm that Wolf Storm Entertainment Ltd and RED ALERT NEW WORLD ORDER are in no way associated with Electronic Arts Inc. or the Command & Conquer video game franchise. Due to confidentiality obligations, we are unable to provide further comment.

Good thing they're posting it in size 2 font at the bottom of the campaign, could have fooled me. And weird flex lumping the Italians in with the russians and the Germans with Murrica as factions :?

Next it'll be retitled to Red Alert: Not the one you think of.

Speaking of license shenanigans, an official MegaTen RPG has been translated.
It's neither the first nor the newest edition release in Nipland, and you can tell it took a while to get done because this edition is based on Nocturne (minus Maniax for some reason).
Player options are what you'd expect: Demi-Fiends (just called "Fiends", which will get confusing af if this ever gets a Maniax supplement), demons as player characters (with random stat increases on level-up just like in the game), and just regular dudes (though at least they're the only ones with the power of gun).

So humans, Demi-Fiends and demons work like different classes?
What's the point of a Megaten RPG if the Demon Summoning Program is not implemented in any way?
And while all the troons are going to be Pixie, who's going to be Slime?
It's like making a Pokemon RPG and then you can roleplay as a specific Pokemon, or as a human who can only use healing items and throw balls around.

Oh, don't worry. There is all the demon stuff you know and love in there - including a giant-ass negotiation flowchart and an even bigger fusion table.
It's just that your Pokemon trainer / Digimon tamer equivalent might be a demon himself.

Oh, and in case you're wondering: yes, your demon dude can fuse and evolve like your demon minions.

I always thought that their MechWarrior: Dark Age line looked a bit weird.
