Is spoony such an absolute failure at all things in life he's somehow managed to become redundant on a thread dedicated to revelling in his failure?

That's how it's been since 2016 at least. Noah is just in an endless loop of failure. Other than the occasional car accident there's nothing he does that's outside of his normal pathetic non-existence. The entertainment comes from the Jacksons, Emirs, and Rachels.

His older brother, D-oug, the one who got him into PC games and table top games, is a structural engineer with a family. He kind of looks like a "chad" version of Miles with a big chin.

There's no point trying to figure out Spoony. He's a narcissist who abuses substances. He loses track of time because he's always wasted and he acts like an arrogant prick because he's a narc. He backstabs people for the same reason.

That's the simplest way to put it. His old videos and vlogs he always had a can of soda within shot. Then like 2010 onwards it was a bottle of booze in frame at all times. It's probably booze and pills. I always suspected that any medication he got prescribed made him worse off and he's never been the same since.

Probably pills that say on the bottle "do not mix with alcohol".

Thing is, the ol Spoonster sees himself as the PC- Player Character, and literally everyone else are just NPCs in his life. They're just objects.

PCs are supposed to level up, occasionally by grinding.

Noah is about as "NPC" as a human can get. He never leaves his house; he's stationary - always found in one location. His Twitter is just a variation of the same four lines of dialog repeated on a loop:

The guards in Skyrim showed exhibit more humanity.

I can't wait until the bank gets to be the player character that comes into his NPC house and just starts taking things.

I like to think that Dr. Insano is Adult Umino after getting rejected one too many times by those sexy Sailor Senshi.
