This. I think one of the things that truly broke him was that he had this *great idea* on making videos about D&D and other tabletop games, which, to be fair, not many people did back then. He then did a video or two on 5th edition, declaring it the worst shit ever in his holier than thou attitude and acted like he was the total authority on all things rpg. What happened then? The world embraced 5e, D&D became more popular than ever and hundreds of (way better) channels popped up filling in that rpg 'void' on YT. Then Spoony just sat there, having missed the boat again by shitting on the book that would unexpectingly blow up tabletop rpgs worldwide again. All because his ego could not handle liking something that did not come put before 1998.

I think he was just being a contrarian. 5e was pretty well-received by DnDtards.
I'm also pretty sure he had pretty good things to say about 4e, which DnDtards didn't like.

He only cares about himself and his needs. He most likely can't feel love or attachment to others, but he can feel lust. There was lust early in the relationship then he got bored of her. He expects her to serve him like some little minion forever and ever. To care about another person and their needs is alien to him. He reminds me of that Chris Watts fellow, the one who murdered his family. Self-centered and he got bored of his life and relationship and wanted to reboot it. It makes me wonder if Noah is capable of violence? If backed into a corner, he might.

Except Watts was an ambitious though very stupid fellow, he killed those bitches (should have raped his daughters while he was at it it’s not like anyone else was ever gonna get to break their hymens anyway), and then tried to pull some Law and Order: SVU shit where he thought his “I dunno maybe my bitch wife took the kids somewhere I dunno” bullshit was gonna work. As it turns out he’s a hilariously bad liar and he should’ve just shut up, gotten a lawyer, and never said jack shit to the cops, who already pegged him as the prime suspect because he’s the husband and generally that’s the person mostly likely to be killing wives.

Like, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with killing women, they’re for fucking not for keeping around, but if you’re gonna kill a woman, you really have to be a good liar because the cops will go after you pretty quickly if they think you murdered some lady.
