Going by how many react channels there are You would probably be surprised. Moreover, they probably watch the series in paralel to keep up with the source material. The problem is not that a "personality" they like is talking about some episode of a TV show or the latest movie, the problem is Lupa has nothing to say about it other then some overall critic of how much an old TV show isn't progressive enough for her feelings and illustrating nearly every point she is making with a clip from the show with her stupid interpretations of characters and dumb repetitive jokes. Why would any MCN want to risk anything for that? is it even defendable?

LittleKuriboh is doing that with YugiohGX. Of course, he's being smarter about it - not only he keeps the show's clip usage to a bare minimum, he also shills for legal ways of watching the episodes (he may or may not be being paid for that shilling, I'm not sure).

Of course they told you to change your content. They don't want you to keep getting claimed! You're not in a managed partnership and even if you were, the MCN doesn't like taking unnecessary risks. MCNs aren't immune from copyright. They just get more leeway.
