Back in 2007-2008, youtube was notorious for flagging any copyrighted material after Viacom hit them with a billion dollar lawsuit. Doge's Nostalgia Critic and 5 Second Movies were big fodder for youtube because of this. So, Doge was without a place to upload his videos, and then comes Michaud, a guy who worked at Circuit City with his brother's friend Bhargav. Michaud ponies up the cash to start the website promising Doge will be the star of the website. Doge of course signs away.Just Some Random Guy wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 4:50 amSo, I read the document, because why not. Most of it was stuff I knew, a few things were new to me though. It did confirm the claim that Mike Michaud apparently owns the Nostalgia Critic character, which makes me wonder what in the world led Doge to sign over the rights to it.

I still remember Doge making a new YT account for every NC and several for 5 second movie reviews. They got struck down super fast.
"Did you put it there?"
"Well, yeah, but still!"
That is what the "controversy" was about.
I bet the closet homo SJW faggot does enjoy this, yeah.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 2:58 amBusy Street would have a field day if they were still around. I bet Jordan is loving all this, though I bet he's long since moved on.
"There's CP on that website everyone can post something on!"Just Some Random Guy wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 4:50 am"To be clear, Dan did nothing wrong, but was blamed by Michaud (and by extension, so was I) for attracting "controversy" from people who are somehow threatened by outing websites that enable child pornographers." No, Lindsay, the controversy came from the idiotic way Dan Olson decided to handle the whole thing, such as deciding to make a public post about it (allowing any pictures to be removed from their site and the perpetrators escape) rather than alert law enforcement who might then be able to catch the distributors.

You technically can copy from the site if you have enough patience to find it in the site's source, but that was tedious, because every line seems to be in a separate jumble of different divs. The message I've seen was about the document having some features blocked because of the traffic, or maybe that was two separate messages.Just Some Random Guy wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 4:50 amBy the way, that quote I had to manually type out because for some reason they set up the Google Doc to not be copyable. Why in the world did they do that?

Jimbo Metokur was tweeting abuout how Doga had (finally) lost 4k subs or something. I'm sure that losing 0.25% of their total subs is making Doge & Michaud shake on their boots right now. AT least Looba can be slightly moist for a while.

Re: The CA Google Doc
I don't, if he was really sexually harassed he would actually be flattered someone was flirting with his boogie ass.

He later admitted in the doc that he was told Ellis was drunk on Skype. That makes sense.BenComicGraphics wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 11:34 pmdo people really believe Sean was sexually harassed?
