"Least culpable", sorta, I guess, but frankly, still culpable. He was still part of the inner three making decisions. And any time we tried to bring up issues with him, he was extremely dismissive.

He was involved in the decision-making to fire people, including the HR person and Justin (and then didn't tell any of us the reason why Justin was no longer on the site). In some areas he was just complicit, and in others he was directly involved.
