Super lame crap. This is like a 150 min representation of "the left can't meme". Over-the-top talkative nonsensical bullshit that is boring, lame and extremely unwitty.

So it's Reloaded again?

Let's not forget that in the first movie a regular xenomorph was able to turn humans into eggs by cocooning them with its saliva.
That's what the director's cut scene with Dallas asking Ripley to burn him was about.

I guess that's still removed from Hans-Ruedi's vision, which would have involved femmedomme and buttsex

All they had to do was exactly that, throwing Predators into the mix.

God no. Alien and the Predator should be kept as far away from each other as possible.

Except for video games. That's the only time this crossover ever worked.

I watched the Irishman. Pretty decent film. It has the vibe of a grandpa rambling about the good old days (hence the somewhat lengthy 3-and-a-half hour runtime). Very relaxed pace throughout. It's not an "epic crime drama" masterpiece by any means, but if you're into that thing of theirs, then I think it's worth a watch. De Niro and Pesci are the best things about it. Pacino felt a bit tired, but was still good.

The real stinker was AvP 2010, because it was either based on or inspired by the shitty movies.

Having those movies set Current Year was ultra lame, and just highlighted the cheap monster movie premise.

Falling on the "thumbs up" side of Matrix 4. It's too long and the cinematography is cheap, but Keanu and Carrie are really solid, the meta stuff is clever, and it balances the campiness and sincerity pretty damn well.

Most importantly though: short blue-haired tranny is fucking fine and I want to harvest the man-juice from her asshole.
