I heard Penders went even more Crazy and that he twitted that he was already planning to sue IDW over their future Sonic comics if they wouldn't follow his demands. The guy really is going beyond full retard

No he replaced him with an robot version of him called Eggman from another reality that was later turned him human. Yes i looked that up, i don't know if Fleetway Sonic lore is less convoluted

Fleetway's Robotnik was never called Eggman, but he evolved into a more Archie looking design after cocooning himself into an egg.

As far as I can tell, this isn't true... or at least I didn't find anything like that on his Twitter. In fact, there's a tweet where he claims "I'm perfectly fine with SEGA & IDW going their own way." Of course, it's possible he may have deleted any offending tweets.

Unlikely. That would require them to keep using his OCs (do not steal), and I'm pretty sure this new comic series will only use video game stuff, maybe with Sally and RoboBunny if the fans whine loud enough.
