I just know that the Japanese spend many years studying English and then they can't speak it. All that Engrish is proof of that.

Real talk: If you had English in school for a couple of years, you can't speak English. If that's all one did you can handle the most basic of all conversations to get along like asking for the way to the shitter or managing to buy something. That's it.
You learn any language by watching movies, reading books and talking to people that are native to that language. Essentially, you will have to give a fuck. Nips don't. They do not give a single fuck about anything foreign. You could hand them the most basic-ass language to learn and they wouldn't.
Teaching has very little to do with it. Without personal motivation you won't ever learn any language, especially not passable. I had straight ones (or As as you put grades) in French for the first two years and didn't give a fuck the third one. I can barely order a baguette. Because I never gave a fuck about that language.

Part of it seems to be the lack of native speakers in the classroom. More precisely, that the Japanese English teachers don't want to be put out of a job, so they usually only take in gaijin as "teaching assistants". They can pay these assistants pennies these days because there are so many weebs that want these jobs.
There are also cultural differences that teh gaijin will never understand. I almost took a job at an agency there and they told me "act like a stereotype, it's just easier" and "people will tell you that you're doing a good job to your face, but will later report to us everything you're doing wrong." That sounded very stressful.

Japanese people hate foreigners. They give weebs shit jobs if the weebs are willing to move to another country where they stick out like a sore thumb and will never be accepted.

This is true when it comes to learning just about anything, but especially languages, because you don't learn to speak well in a span of few months. You can be more gifted than others when it comes to anything really, but if you don't care, and don't put any effort into it, anyone who actually gives a damn will do better than you eventually.

I've never seen them praise the Japanese for lack of gender inequality in animation or anywhere. They usually focus on areas where sexism is worse than in the west and give the opposite impression, because feminists ain't happy if they ain't complaining.

The only times I've seen them actually stick up for glorious Nippon is when they get to slam white people for "muh cultural appropriation" even though native Japanese people don't give a shit and are laughing all the way to the bank cashing in on it.

Remember, SJW culture was spawned by Marxist professors. None of their "fight fuhr da poor oppressed minorities" garbage is genuine. It's about attacking and trying to destroy western society. They have just as many people who are as racist as anyone behind closed doors. Most of them don't know shit about how foreign cultures actually view things and just go by stereotypes or project whatever's convenient for their worldview.

You go on tumblr, you'll see posts about asian and hispanic actors who are talking about feeling under represented in Hollywood, and then the SJWs underneath comment about how they shouldn't be listened to because black people have been saying this for years and so they aren't saying anything new. Unless you're one of the darker skinned hispanics who are pissed that they get passed over for lighter skinned actors, or forced to accept black roles because Hollywood assumes dark skin equals African. And so do most liberals.

The only time they come to defend these people is when talking about immigration and when Iron Fist starred, shock of all shocks, a blonde white guy just like the comics.

It's the perfect "have your cake and eat it too" situation. They can be as racist as they pretend not to be, while also acting like the heroes they think they are.
