You guys seem to expect the same level of autism you guys display here to be evident in Jim's videos. It makes no sense. 90% of what you guys talk about, here, isn't actually interesting to the majority of the internet. I'm pretty sure Jim realizes this-- listen to him whenever he's on other people's podcasts and he makes it clear that there's more to what he finds than just what he posts but he still has to make the crap easy to digest for the normies watching his stuff.

I think Joe named himself Angry Joe because rage reviews were in fashion back around the time he invented his identity. His big hook at the time was raging, having explosion effects and screaming about how bad games were. People will say "not every review was negative" and sure, that's true, but what do people remember him for? Probably the capcom rants and all the times he was screaming about mainstream AAA games that he loved. Like that interview with Geoff where he came in all confrontational and tried to be an asshole, but got BTFO.
