In my friend's case he didn't watch it because he didn't have cable or satellite. Which was odd because his parents, or his dad at least, was fucking loaded. I honestly don't know, man. Must've been some weird twist of fate that kept me occupied whenever the show aired. Instead I ended up watching other shoujoshit like Lady Oscar and what I think is Queen Millennia.

Though I did make up big time by watching the greatest Sailor Moon adaptation that ever was and ever will be.
