Sad. Wii wasn't even out yet when he started on YouTube and now it's long dead and retro and he's still playing the Nerd. I thought he was supposed to be the next great director or something, not some guy ripping off Bores and Forky.

Rolfe's actual experience in vidya prior to doing the Nerd pretty much ended with the Super NES. He never really showed any genuine interest in post-SNES games (or even anything outside Nintendo consoles for that matter). The fact that he claims to be a Castlevania fan, but never played Symphony of the Night prior to making his Castlevania retrospective, shows how out-of-touch he actually is.

I can see him being an instructor in a university. In fact, that may be one of the best career paths for him after YouTube implodes. He's one of the few INs I can see actually turning their YT into something useful.
