Have they? It looks like they were at 1.08 million, then dropped to 1.02 million, and now are up to 1.03 million. It's a rebound, but they haven't regained it.

Their views don't seem to have declined, though, and that's the thing that really matters for a channel.

Anyone with real world experience is going to realize that CA had their hands tied as far as JewWario was concerned. With no concrete evidence of the assault, the victim not willing to go to the police, the real chance that JW could have turned around and sued them for defamation, and the threat of a major internet backlash if they'd made anything public back then, there was nothing they could have done about the situation except let him go.
