That's such a weird thing this guy did. It looks like he bumped Spoony by $300 a month. Who has $300 a month to spend on literally nothing? And who is this guy, that he met with April and also called Spoony? A family member?

Alternatively, he could just send them a check or something. Putting it on Patreon is really just a message stating "look at me I'm wasting my money and I want everyone to know it."

Maybe that's how he's paying the mortgage these days, his super hardcore fans are just sending him checks or giving him money from paypal and skipping the drama that is his patreon entirely.

This begs the question though, what exactly does Patreon plan to do with Spoony's Patreon? It's clear at least someone there knows his page exists, and therefore has to be aware that Spoony is blatantly not updating or providing any product whatsoever.

If Link@ra got banned, it's obvious someone's enforcing at least some of the rules there. At this point even Patreon can't just toe the typical "people can stop donating if they aren't happy" line when it's clear he's not providing any product and his fans are clearly only paying him to keep him from losing his home, which apparently is a violation of the rules there. So, what the Hell?
