I think I went in too deep. I indulged my curiosity a little further and rented the most recent movie. Got about ten minutes in and realized something:
So it starts out in the Mango that Yugi wants to fuck Anzu, but that's eventually dropped as the card games come into focus. There's all this talk about the bond between Yugi and the Pharoah, and how close they are. Throughout the series, Yugi gains 'confidence' and 'experience. In this movie, Yugi's sounding like he's recovering from a bad breakup and it hits me. They're totally lovers. YouGayBro is about a Japanese teenager's romance with an older man.

Well, I don't know about streaming but I distinctly remember the Blu-Ray and DVD being dual audio because people complained about dubtitles. I haven't seen the movie personally so I can't really comment.
