Not sure if he's actually bought it or not. Clicking around the video, it looks like another apartment. It could be a two storey house but I didn't see a set of stairs. He might still be renting. Especially since, going by his last marriage, he only has another year left before this one leaves him.

She might end up taking his whole patreon as alimony.

The apartment thing came to mind for me also, but it could be a house flipper making the place enticing to get it sold.

I don't think it's a house cause the view out of the window is not at street level, so either renting an apartment, or bought a condo. I'm guessing the latter, because it would be the dumber decision, if his patreon dries up or if his wife leaves, he will be right fucked.

Interesting note, seems the major furniture was moved, as well as a small crt TV. Guess all the cancer that killed brad's hair also made him too weak to carry a small tv up a flight of stairs...
