Has anyone done a voice reading of Light Bringer like they did for Sonichu? That'd be fucking hilarious. I'd love to read the comic but I don't have the patience.

Halfway through it gets boring and mundane rather than the retarded shit in the first 4 issues or so. I read up to 12 for my reviews, and I knew that I was going to be reviewing 3 of the first 4 and I just did it in order. Afterwards his writing goes from lolcow tier to boring shit.

The problem is when you try to make something better, it can actually get worse.

This came up a few times in the book of The Disaster Artist. One of the things running through the story is people kept trying to take out the parts that people found entertainingly bad, and at some points Sestero acknowledges that if Tommy had listened to anyone and changed the movie to be less shit, it never would have made its money back and then some.

It's part of the reason the At4W movie isn't as 'entertaining' as the other anniversary movies, which is what he wanted to make. He listened to people and tried to improve it in his own way, so you end up with a bland masturbatory two hours, while Doge ignored everyone and made pieces of shit that were more watchable. And not by much.
