That's normalfagging 101 and if you try to tell them that they just rebuke your statements with something out of Big Cancer Theory.

Murz lecturing on how to grow an audience.
Or maybe certain shit doesn't translate and a lot of the companies producing the anime don't give a flying fuck if the versions they put out to sell to white american piggu have good subs or garbage subs. The state of anime right now is abysmal and a lot of this shit either doesn't get a dvd or gets one with malaysian-tier sub work and a generic-ass dub.
Honestly, nobody EXPECTS you to do shit. If you're interested in something, you find out more about it and enjoy it. You can reasonably infer a lot of shit just from watching a show, even if honorifics fly over your head. Hell, I don't speak plenty of languages, but if I watch something subbed, after a while I can usually pick out a few words and what they probably mean. It's the same with shit they didn't translate like -san or sifu. I used to watch Gundam and I picked up what the japanese for Lt and Captain was. I watched that Three Kingdoms TV Show and learned about the chinese dual name thing and a bunch of other shit.
These obnoxious bitches just like to categorize anyone who isn't fake about liking something as an ivory tower exclusionary nerd. No you fuck, they just know a lot about the thing they like. If you want to watch all your animu dubbed, there are TONS of other fags out there who do the same thing and will talk about dubs with you all day long. Nobody is fucking forcing you to watch fansubs so you can experience the story more closely to how it was intended.
AKSUL LEE, -nim and -unnie mean
"lord" or something higher and is the highest honorific and the other is
"sis" or
"older sister / big sister / boss lady" but it's used only by females towards females, basically it's
"-sama / -dono" and
"-oneesan / -anesan" of Korean.
DON'T ASK ME HOW AND / OR WHY I KNOW THESE!
But it's basically the same shit that happens when fansubs translate and go all
"It's all according to keikaku Raito-kun" instead of
"It's all going as planned Light, my boy." With fansubs at least it's excusable since oftentimes even the fansubber doesn't have an indepth knowledge of the language and some honourifics and phrase can't be translated(Kenshin's entire speech pattern from Samurai X for example is untranslateable under normal circumstances) and Fatgurl is bitching at something that has been a problem for years now but nobody can expect people to do better when they aren't getting paid. She's basically
THE normie that comes in and expects everything explained with no effort for instant graitification instead of gradually building an understanding to enjoy everything she likes in long run.
And fuck her comment about the toku community, if she could be anymore out of touch she'd be telling me that only TV-Nihon is fansubbing toku. Bitch's stuck in the IRC days of downloads with comments like these.
It's according to ore no keikaku, you filthy trap.
