No, I knew that. My question is why he did that rather than simply listing it publicly.

On the note of it, I watched some of it. I was surprised by how boring a streamer he was being. I shouldn't be surprised, I know, but I am because I haven't watched him in a while. He doesn't talk enough and when he does, it's mostly just to complain. Maybe you don't like someone like Markiplier but it's utter night and day to compare their Cuphead streams, as Markiplier was really animated and cheerful about the game, with even his frustration being a bit tongue-in-cheek, whereas Spoony just makes you wonder why he's doing it at all.

And maybe he'd get that $3K he "needs" for the test. You're right he won't do it. Why is the million dollar question. Even these low effort shitstreams make him money. Do one a day and he'd have $3K in no time. Why doesn't he do that? The only conclusion I can come to is catastrophic laziness.

Maybe you don't like someone like Markiplier but it's utter night and day to compare their Cuphead streams, as Markiplier was really animated and cheerful about the game, with even his frustration being a bit tongue-in-cheek, whereas Spoony just makes you wonder why he's doing it at all.

Someone like Markiplier, compared to Spoony, clearly enjoys doing what he's doing and clearly enjoys the interaction with people. You could take away the money and guarantee that Markiplier would still stream in his off-time from work.

Someone like Spoony, though? Take the monetary incentive away and he'd never touch it. He barely does now even with the incentive.

That's true for all livestreamers. It's all about the performance, you gotta sing and dance for the children and teenagers, make a face, scream at the "horror sections", laugh and crack lame jokes. They gotta interact with their audience of kids and make it seem like they super duper care, even if they don't.

Spoony obviously doesn't care and hates having to do the whole performance shit, so he doesn't bother. Sure, I wouldn't want to do that either, but then again my job isn't being a livestreamer, so he's pretty fucked. The best he can do is yell at his retarded manchildren fans about how they shouldn't TELL HIM HOW TO PLAY when all they really want is for him to talk to them. I don't quite understand this dynamic, as I wouldn't tolerate some dick yelling at me just because I gave him some advice, but I guess maybe all these retards got used to being yelled at all the time by other people or something, I dunno.
