We did it
Re: We did it
Adventure 1 is demonstrably more buggy than 2.
HOWEVER.
When I was younger I literally got every single emblem in Sonic Adventure 2: Battle. I did everything. Unlocked everything. A-ranked every level.
I can tell you, point blank, that if you have experienced the 180-emblem save file and then watched speed runs you will connect the dots on how many deaths were your fault and how many were just the level deciding, "oops you're falling through now," and how many were just the physics being BS.
Never forget the space level with the spinning barrels that have gravity pulling you to them and you have to climb up them.
"Oh you wanted me to land on them so you could climb? I thought you wanted me to just shoot off into a random direction in space!"

Of all my vg memories, nothing is so nostalgic as when I downloaded the Xmas save and suddenly there was a Christmas Tree in Sonic Adventure. Followed closely by uploading topless pics of Alley Baggett into Jet Set Radio and leaving big titty graffiti all over town.

Re: We did it
To add to the yakuza thing, don't buy yakuza 2 used because sega is reprinting it brand new for 60, which may sound like a lot but the game used to be near 100 used before they reprinted them a few months ago

Wait you mean rerelease? If not what does reprinting a game mean?

Re: We did it
Yakuza 2 was being sold used for a ton until sega recently started to reprint the original game on ps2, so now you can get the original game new on ebay for a good price

NTSC only if that matters for you.

I wish more companies would do this. Nintendo is legendary for under producing their products and driving prices through the roof. I don't understand why they refuse to amend their problem because they certainly aren't making money off re-sellers on eBay and Amazon.

Yeah. Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2, and Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne used to be very rare. Then they got a reprint and a digital release. That's awesome.
