One can only hope. It's not a show I often think about but when the manual mentioned that Butane works as well I thought "Butane's a bastard gas!".

Bob's Burgers sort of satisfies the hole KOTH left for me. It's also about a regular hard-working guy with a weird family. It took a long time for me to get used to though. (I hate dudes doing women's voices.)

I often think about how Hank Hill would react to the absolutely retarded social trends of today, and which characters would follow those trends. But I wonder if you could even do that show anymore without offending the snowflakes.

Like I remember there was an episode where Bill cracked and started dressing in drag and identifying as his ex-wife. The characters all reacted in horror and disgust, and Hank took him aside and tried to snap him out of with straight talk. I could see the SJWs flipping out over that now, insisting that Bill should have been praised and congratulated instead of mocked and "conversion counseled".

I'm not saying it's the greatest show in the world, I'm saying it's somehow become the best show on FOX's famed Sunday night lineup simply by staying consistent. It's bizarre that FOX keeps shoving it off to the 7:30 death slot instead of the 8:30 one. The Simpsons is a dotard on life support and they really should be grooming a successor. And it ain't Family Guy... that show is an old dog needing to be taken behind the barn.
