JewWario: You Can Rape This!
Re: JewWario: You Can Rape This!
I doubt we're gonna see any more chatlogs regarding this. For all we know, they could have coerced the victims to stay silent. I mean, the "18 but mentally 16" thing was never addressed in the response, CA posted a different incident regarding JW, so they really could have just ignored 18-going-on-16 for a year.
Re: JewWario: You Can Rape This!
I don't disagree on any point, it's just a case of ugly reality. You wind up with a celebrity speaking with fans for the most of it. Until you get an actual complaint of him taking a girl to his room and you're sure she's underage (as above, for the most part, 16 year olds are legal, say what you will about that), you've got nothing. You need at least a witness willing to come forward that he was seen taking someone somewhere private to even begin. Or saw something on his computer that's incriminating, or a pissed off parent, or something like that.jpakke wrote: ↑Wed Apr 18, 2018 3:10 pmIf they had allegations of JewWario grooming underage fans, they should've gone to the cops with the first even remotely credible allegation. If they had specialized department or group for dealing with the sex-crimes, they are certainly better at finding the victim and witnesses than CA's people. If they thought he's grooming them through the internet, in chats or something, they could've posed as an underage fan and prove the grooming that way, also you could get the chatlogs through suppoena or warrant.
Holly and CA shouldn't be let off the hook this easily, but I doubt there's anything law could do about it after all this time.
"I saw him talking to a fan in the hotel hallway" isn't enough by a mile.
Until you've got enough to get eyes-on, the police aren't involved. Unless you have evidence, or at least probable cause, a warrant will not be issued. Subpoenas are generally only issued when there's enough to have charges already.
Yes, once they're involved, they'll dredge up every hang out, tactic and favourite brand of toilet paper of everyone involved, but there needs to be something to get them started. Sting operations work, yes, but the people who do them are already doing their thing elsewhere unless there's good reason to call them in. If for no other reason than they'd have to become versed in the guy in particular to properly pretend to be a fan, all based off a weak maybe.
Like I said above: until you have a victim, or at least enough to identify that there was one and identify her, you really don't have anything to go on. Even here and now, even if we accept what's been said as gospel, we're all doing a lot of assuming and that's still not enough to do anything with.
Everything stripped down, we're realistically looking at an extramarital affair with a woman who was of age, another with a woman who was of age, and a rape. The rest is a shitload of rumors, true or not. Until something new shows up, including the victim of that last coming forward, you've got nothing.
You're free to be as angry about that as you'd like. Also, none of this means that there isn't more that hasn't gotten out yet. I'll be first to give the nod if and when that happens.

Re: JewWario: You Can Rape This!
wtf are you babbling about with your 16 is legal in most states? We are not lawyers, we are not trying to decide if he should be jailed.
We are about his morals and the morals of the Collective of Abusers (CA). Leave all that nonsense out of here nobody gives a fuck about you defending a pedo.
I dont even know Jewwarrios age but if he is over 30 fucking 16 years old that is sick nomatter if its legal or not.

Re: JewWario: You Can Rape This!
Is fucking someone that is "mentally a younger age" really that bad? Unless theyre mentally 8 or diagnosed mentally retarded (to the point that they have to have legal guardians for the rest of their life) who cares.
I see men who take advantage of women who are "mentally young" (extremely gullible, naive, and trusting) and no one gives a shit as long as she was living independently in the first place.
Was the girl in question living on her own? Did her parents trust in her competence to go to a convention on her own?
If not, where were her parents?

Yeah, I agree with the reality being what it is, but it's hard to gauge what they actually had. I wrote the message with presumption that if they had any credible proof of the potential crime, and not just rumors. Doesn't it depend on the state what is the age of consent, and doesn't at least some states have limitations on age cap, if the age of consent is 16? JewWario was what, at least 30+ when he started doing the videos?Guest wrote: ↑Wed Apr 18, 2018 4:01 pmI don't disagree on any point, it's just a case of ugly reality. It's hard to say what really went on in CA with the allegations as they're very vague about them, which makes me suspect that they had a lot more than just the occasional rumors, otherwise Holly and CA people would be saying so. "Oh no, not again" would IMO certainly point to the direction that they had more.
If they had an actual underage victim who had come forward, but didn't want to report it, I'd say they still should've reported it and let the cops talk with the girl, who could've convinced the girl to actually come forward or at least interview her and figure out how to find the actual evidence.

wtf its like you people cant read or are seriously retarded.
There is a closet full of underaged targets probably, this only got out because they know the police wont get involved when the (semiretarded) girl is 18. Id bet everything I own on the fact that this is just the tip of the iceberg.
And theyre NEVER involving the police because then all their own shit will be investigated too and theyre all sick abusers.

Good to see that ASS is still retarded and still thinks everyone is a closeted tranny, pedophile, and homosexual.AngrySpoonySnob wrote: ↑Wed Apr 18, 2018 4:20 pmwtf its like you people cant read or are seriously retarded.

How many times do you have to ridicule what I say (ASS) just for it to be proven later in order for you to at least research / take serious what Insay?? Some people will just keep stumbling against the same stone Inguess....
Re: JewWario: You Can Rape This!
You're talking about Romeo and Juliet laws, which is some wiggle room to deal with statutory rape cases. IE: Age of consent is 16, the couple are 15 and 17; depending on the place and case, that could be fine. In that case, you'd be right and I don't know of any where that cap goes past 19.
Age of Consent, however, simply is. If you're above that, age stops being a determining factor. Other things, like position of power (student/teacher, etc) can still apply, of course. And yes, it is different by state, but I already said that if any of them were below it where ever it was, my arguments were irrelevant.
In my experience, being vague means you have very little. If you're notjpakke wrote: ↑Wed Apr 18, 2018 4:17 pmIt's hard to say what really went on in CA with the allegations as they're very vague about them, which makes me suspect that they had a lot more than just the occasional rumors, otherwise Holly and CA people would be saying so. I don't remember that from the logs, myself. I believe that was one Mike getting pissed at the other for trying to get Sean into the sack over a chat. That one was in the Doc. Could be in both, in which case, I'm cool with being wrong, but if I'm right, then it's a very different discussion.
The problem is that that's a huge if.jpakke wrote: ↑Wed Apr 18, 2018 4:17 pmIf they had an actual underage victim who had come forward, but didn't want to report it, I'd say they still should've reported it and let the cops talk with the girl, who could've convinced the girl to actually come forward or at least interview her and figure out how to find the actual evidence.
As before, I don't disagree, necessarily. The two big things to remember are, one, that doing that would be forcing the issue after being made aware that the victim herself didn't want to go to the police.
And, two, that any such victim would have to have come forward in such a way that CA's management would know about it, but, you know, their personal friends and family wouldn't. Don't forget that this doesn't happen in a vacuum. Possible, but very unlikely, at least when we're talking about non-insiders to the site.
That said, you could be right, I'm not saying you're not. It's just asking for a lot of things to come together in a very specific way. Considering that he was kicked off as soon as they had a solid report, though, I just don't see it.
Also, for the record, that other guest who posted just now isn't me. Not sure if someone's trying to kick a cow patty.
