This is why Holly is freaking out. She is by far the most guilty here, I saw Olson's excuse and the angle he is going with is "protecting the victims". But here is the thing, the only victim we "know" of is Mantis because of when the main rape happened and Jakula's retelling which made it even more obvious. If Jakula didn't reveal his story it would have been speculative who it was since some were claiming it was Kittie. It seems he has many victims that we don't know about because they are fans, they could have easily gone public with this and gone to the police without revealing the identities of who he did it to.

ok, I have a probably unoriginal theory about why holly got fired. In her part of the doc and the channel awesome response, they contradict each other on whether she was forced to work after surgery, She was possibly pressured but I think she was just a workaholic or what passes for one on that site. She worked on that movie but didn't work with the main site in the fifth year anniversary, why? What happened after to boldly flee came out? Spoony's shitcanning. Spoony was one of the biggest contributers on the site and if what I remember is correct actually brought the site more money than doge at the time. I wish I remembered the tweet, but holly congratulated scarlett and lupa when spoony got fired. This leads me to believe she helped arrange the whole incident and that embittered michode to holly and he slowly phased her out of the company, add to that the most likely ludicrous medical billth that she incurred raising the company's insurance costs, and she would regularly talk to "troublemakers" like Lordkat and Lupa, with the fact she was basically talking behind their backs, And that the indegogo campaign mostly went to doge's house so they needed to cut the financial load, that is how michode justified to doge to vote for holly's firing

Both of them were in the chat discussing the incident on Jan 21st, 2013. Doge still made a collage of Justin's nice moments to that Hawaiian cover of "Over the Rainbow." They both would have preferred no one ever finding out.
Just wanting to point out: They censored Justin's name in the doc originally under the guise of protecting both the accused and accuser. In reality, this is so they could use CA's supposed inaction as a weapon. If they cared about censorship of the accused, they would've censored Ellis's name from Sean's account.
They chose not to because it was, again, a convenient weapon against CA management. The only thing consistent in their behavior is the thought process of "Can I weaponize this? If not, how can I weaponize this?"
True. If they had pointed out that rapewario was the rapist, then CA could have come back with "we fired him." So the narrative of CA inaction falls apart.

I still love that in CA's response to Jane Doe, they bring up an entirely different sexual assault incident but involved the same abuser. They probably have a folder simply titled "Justin" and they still can't keep track.
