Wrongful dismissal suit? I don't know exactly how those work, but if it costs money, then expect that the common person won't have any access to that shit. People have been and continue to be fired for wrongthink.
Indeed it does but standing up for yourself will always cost you something. If you're going to be broke with no money because you've been blacklisted for wrongthink no matter what, you might as well go down swinging.

"If it can be traced to you" also includes any anonymous or incognito statement you make under an assumed name. Because SJWs love doxing. They love doxing and they love calling employers to get you fired. Those two things are linked and there is a reason for that.
Most people who get doxed get doxed because they were careless. They can't link any information to your real identity if you don't put that information out there. A lot of people get doxed because they use the same usernames everywhere, at least one of which they have linked to their personal e-mail which, going back to our original topic, they also have linked to a Facebook under their real name with their real picture and real date of birth.

Someone with an axe to grind against you could very well use your own posts on this forum to call your real-life employer and demand you be fired.
If they managed to do that I would stand up and applaud. I've never mentioned my real name. The e-mail I used for sign-up isn't linked to anything I use under my real name, and it's not publicly viewable anyway. At best, I've mentioned what country I live in and what city I live in, which only narrows it down to about 8 million people.
Anyone who manages to dox me based on things I've said here is a fucking genius and deserves some kind of medal
