The CLOUD act enables countries outside the United States to request information from American corporations regarding their American clientele. It's essentially a way for commie countries like Britain to dig up dirt on you before even setting foot on their soil or, alternatively, allowing the U.S. government to simply request civilian information without warrant through another country. This greatly compromises the fourth amendment by purposely creating a loophole.
