Saw the beginning of Justice League. Anyone who says the mustache CGI isn't that bad, or you don't really notice it, is a goddamn liar. The first shot of the movie is this fucking cellphone footage of Superman and he's fucking laughable through the entire scene. They replaced his entire mouth. He looks like a fucking cartoon!

You've misunderstood. They didn't CG in a moustache. They tried to CG out a moustache because the actor wasn't allowed to shave it off

Cavill needed the moustache for Mission: Impossible VI. If Warners waited until Mission: Impossible VI wrapped to film Justice League reshoots they'd be severely behind schedule.
Of course, it is like the guest said, they didn't really need to reshoot the film. It was gonna be shit either way.

The final film was two hours. However, Man of Steel was an overly bloated piece of shit and, though I didn't see it, Batman V Superman was apparently also an overly bloated piece of shit, so I don't doubt the original cut of Justice League was yet a third overly bloated piece of shit.
