I'm not sure who TJ Banana is, but yeah, the only ones that actually help/helped the site grow were the big names. Spoony(before he got kicked off for being a fucking psycho), Angry Joe, Linkara, and Brad Jones are/were the only ones that actually helped the site and were/are the only ones capable of being successful without the TGWTG brand. Nostalgia Chick's only successful post-TGWTG because she has tits, a so-so face, and jumped onto the SJW bandwagon early enough to make money off it, otherwise she'd also be one of those bitches whining about how CA personnel gang-raped her on a daily basis and more importantly refused to let her run mid-rolls in her vids.

The funny thing is that, with the exception of Joe (I think), all of the big guys at TGWTG already had their own site and established fanbase before joining TGWTG. Doge didn't create them, he just gave them more exposure.

Meanwhile, Lupa was always leeching off someone else for her web presence (Blip, TGWTG, Phealous, YT), though that's admittedly a minor issue these days since everything not on YT might as well not exist.

Yeah, that's how shit worked and still works tbh. The people who have audiences now are the same people who had audiences then. Token Black Furry and Token Latina only have exposure at all because they're Doge's new cuckslaves and they live close to him, which makes filming easier. Even the doge needs someone to play off. But I have to give them credit for more professionalism than the typical tgwtg cuckslave.

Most of the people who got really big during or after TGWTG did so for reasons apart from TGWTG. Case in point: Joe got big because he went to youtube and put out a steady stream of reviews at a time when there was a gap in the market he could fill. All the other tgwtg idiots were all-in on blip, but Joe was the only one who listened and saw the way trends were going. Everyone else backed the wrong horse. Only the ones with big enough fanbases were able to make the switch.

I can't think of anyone at TGWTG who was a literal nobody, came to CA, became hugely popular and then went on to be even more popular after TGWTG. Y'know, someone you could point to and say "that person really was a boon to Channel Awesome as a whole!" Most of the "employees" on that website were leeching off Doge's fame and giving him variety content for his fans to watch when they got bored with Doge videos. It'd be like if AVGN ran some shitty website and had 20-30 shitty nobody angry ranters putting up videos on his website too. Then one of the nobody ranters cries about how AVGN should have been nicer to him and should have given him more views and money. Nigga, you're nobody.

It's a similar but not exactly alike situation with The Escapist. The early content creators on that website built up decent income and branding for themselves. I have no fucking idea who is on that website now aside from Yahtzee. An entire website was primarily built around fame-leeching off Yahtzee. (Well, not "built" because it existed before him, but nobody knew who the fuck the escapist were before him)

I am pretty sure nobody remembers >90% of the people on TGWTG because most of them are even less than Internet Nobodies. The most obscure producer (not that obscure Luba, the fucking evil cunt I refuse to even ironically thirstpost now) I remember is that kinda sorta good looking negro woman with the big tiddies (Goggles?) some people still thirst for. That's it.

I actually watched a lot of the TGWTG videos back in the day and I can not remember ever watching anybody else than Doge, Braddigan, the loony one, Cockslut, Cuck in the shadows, the abortion critic, Phailous and Luba (the despicable cunt) at all. Most of their bideos I just clicked for the lulz. For example I always thought Linkara was a lolcow like weirdo even before I knew about the cockslut thing and tranny Iron Liz or lolcows in general because of his weird acting which is not acting but him just he being himself... The other "producers" were so insignificant, boring and annoying even in my darkest moments (thank you boss Sploony for saving me) I could not watch their videos. Even when watching videos on my secondary monitor while I was playing video games or doing something else I could not stand them and I wish I could get back my time from these greedy assholes.

tl;dr fuck TGWTG kahntent producers because even the BEST they ever made was amateurish, annoying and boring bullshit.
