Gurren Lagann and Kill La Kill kind of count, but they're also largely parodic of their genres.

I have yet to see Mad Bull 34, but I once saw a preview where a cop had grenades tied to his pubic hair or something. That seems pretty manly.

I watched a few episodes of FMA:B but it was too much shounen for me. It's not bad but I prefer more based protagonist who doesn't bitch about muh midget issues all the fucking time. I know he's still a kid but Goku was already super based when he was 6yrs old or something.

Btw, that girl is basically a barbarian kid who can fight phenotype, not a loli hentai child porn or a midget waifu.
I didn't expect GK to get an anime adaptation because it's super gory and has a lot of degenerate characters (e.g. gay/trans/furry/etc who kills people, SJW degenerate weebs will hate it). Anime version won't get a proper ending though because the manga is still ongoing and doesn't feel like the end is near.

I'll check out golden kamuy. I guess part of what makes manly anime is something otter touched on, where characters don't have all that teen angst bullshit. An animu like fist of the north star is mostly about living, dying and loving. Not about some gay soap opera teen drama where senpai has a crush on kohai and kokoro goes doki doki.

Well, with my limited exposure to animu I'd suggest One Punch Man. It's only one season, it's a quick watch and I think it's actually made really well and might be worth a watch even if you already ate the mango. This scene in particular is hilarious:

I read quite a bit of the mango, but I saw the opening today and the animation is impressive. I'm just so burned out on capeshit, if that makes sense. It'd be a fun watch, but fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck capeshit.
