We've been over it a million times and these fuckers lurk this place so they should know by now, but what they do is not clear cut fair use. They use WAY too much fucking footage for it to be "necessary" (Lindsay's words) for their critique, often their critique is bare bones and it's just an excuse to riff. Showing every single damn scene is hardly necessary and would be very hard to prove in court when you are just being a snarky shithead in your review, while even copyright lawyers wouldn't be able to 100% confirm either way since it's up to interpretation these pricks think they know better than them and that what they do is totally muh fair use.

Three years after Blip shit down, they still don't get it. The problem was Blip was too small for any company to really give a shit about them and never really grew anywhere close to what YT was getting. I wouldn't be surprised if they highest Blip video never got past eight digits, if that. But YT broke a billions hits in 2012 and had videos with a hundred million views before then.

Her hair looks wet, her lips look dry. Like her thrift store clothing, nothing fits together. She does that annoying thing where she fell for the meme that hair looks best just after a shower when it's still damp. That works when you just got out of the shower, not done intentionally with product.
