The problem is that while Bill Nye has one BS degree, Dolph has two BS degrees AND a Masters.

I have an Engineering degree. I even had to "study physics" to get it. I don't go around calling myself a scientist.

I just remembered something. Back in the early '90s, my friends and I got together to watch Bill Nye make his national TV debut on the David Letterman show. This was before the Bill Nye the Science guy show that made him famous.

It was an utter trainwreck. Dave disrespected him the entire time and called him "Dr. Science".
I don't exactly remember the details, but Bill had made some device that pushed an egg around through tubes or a track. Some kind of gas or chemical was involved, At the end of the contraption, the egg shot out.
Dave picked up the egg and shouted mockingly, "It's cracked!"
Bill shouted back at him, "It was supposed to break!!!"
The show quickly cut to commercial break as it looked like an argument was breaking out..

Bill Nye is a stand-up comedian who couldn't find work as a mechanical engineer, so he went on a standup stage. HE got nicknamed the "Science Guy" because he corrected his show manager in pronouncing "Gigawatt". He then turned "The Science Guy" into a bit character as part of his stand-up bit.

In the 90's, when his show was running, I've talked to people who've met Nye in person, and he wasn't a nice fellow. He hated children, cursed them out if they met him on the street. He was no Mr. Wizard, and certainly was no Beakman. He's only recently returned, doing what's essentially hatchet jobs. Going against Ken Ham? Just like Destiny going against JonTron. He outright refuses to debate actual accredited scientists, and has actually cancelled several engagements(including against Sarah Palin! He was afraid of going against Sarah Palin!).

Bill Nye is not a believer of science, but theology. He says that his SCIENCE(tm) should not be questioned. He says he hates Philosophy because it 'asks too many questions'. Science, as a whole, is based entirely on asking questions; question EVERYTHING, being open to ANY conclusion. I guess that's why I really hate BIll Nye: He's not a scientist, but a SJW theologist that pretends Science! supports him and doesn't like people questioning him.
