The chances of his account being restored are very slim - to my understanding, unless you know someone from twitter that can pull some strings, you're screwed. He's a complete nobody now, but accounts far more important than he ever was were banned and never restored.

And curiously enough, looks like Orcil has learned how to make spoony's steam account private Guess she didn't wanted to let everybody know that she's playing so much Skyrim like it's her second full time job.
