I liked Last Jedi btw. It was marketed as being Empire 2.0 but ended up being nothing like it, which is why it upset a lot of nerds. I enjoyed it for what it was, and for a Shekel Mouse film it was surprisingly complex. It didn't really feel like it was the middle film of a trilogy though, it felt like it was written in isolation rather than considering episodes 7 and 9.

I'm more upset that critics consider it the best Star Wars movie since Empire.

I'm so sick of this the "film has good points and bad point and we'll leave it at that" bullshit approach to reviewing movies online. Every film has good points and bad, point them out sure but at least say if the films good or not. Give it a score or do what Jay and Mike do and say would you recommend this film.

I dunno. I just look at my mom. She's a Democrat, listens to the MSM and NPR and basically believes whatever they say. Trump is bad, Hillary is good. When she plays her NPR, I try to point out the little tricks they do to slant their stories. I point out their biases and how they only show one side of the story. She says it's not true and I'm imagining things. She grew up her whole life trusting the MSM and that stuff on the internet (and FOX News) is all crazy talk.

The doubled lightsaber is made for force users that focuse on defensive fighting against multiple foes, it can be used to more easily block a hit from the side and in the hands of someone really well trained both in its use and the force you can use it to block hit on a 360 degree range of defenseand rapidly hit opponents at a distance from one another and if fast enough overwhelm an enemy defense even fater than one blade.
I'm really not trying to sperge (seriously) and a one blade lightsaber is better in almost every fight but the double bladed one isn't that bad if the user has the knowledge and skill to use it properly.

TRrust me, You're slower and able to block less with a double bladed lightsaber. The "Duel of the Fates" should've been Obi Wan and Qui Gonn tip-cutting the shit outta Maul with Maul unable to respond or block.

I didn't quote anything from the EU, i tried to think how a laser sword with two blade could be used by what amount to a magic user, realism was out the window a while back

That's because Rian wrote it before he 7 came out and had to rewrite the movie because of what happened in Farce Awakens. The movie was meant to come out in the summer (North hemisphere summer, here in Australia it clearly did) but got delayed due to his rewrites pretty much right after 7 came out, which explains why the film is a jumbled mess of good and bad ideas.
