My problem with Rey (haven't seen TLJ) is that she is hyper-competent and never fails, even about things she only just learned about or never knew about at all.

She learns that the force exists and within hours is using the Jedi mind trick, and overpowering Kylo Ren both with the force pull and mind probing.

Anakin had the most inate potential of any Jedi, a midichlorian count even higher Yoda, and his natural ability only granted him some precognition that assisted him in pod races.

It took Luke 3 goddamn years of training with Yoda to be able to use the Jedi mind trick, and it takes Rey a couple of hours.

I had some book as a kid that were all the blueprints design schematics used by the filmmakers on Return of the Jedi.
It had all the ships listed from fastest to slowest and I remember the falcon was in the back towards the slow end. I mean, it's a freighter. Han Solo is the equivalent of a space trucker. I remember the X-Wings and Y-Wings and such were much faster and more maneuverable.
