That same girl decides she's not a girl anymore and suddenly the immediate reaction is "respect xir pronouns and get them taxpayer funded surgery now!"

Very true, unless you're gifted with the Chad gene's you'll never hit the super model body that anime shit is so happy to throw on every guy.
