You can't really skip over the Asgard arc even if it is technically filler that's not in the manga. All the Saint Seiya filler is woven into the story and skipping it will just make you confused.
Also, the spin-off series Soul of Gold is a sequel to the Asgard arc.

Quess was a stupid cunt and the worst thing Char ever did, worse than his super axis drop. She got the best girl and probably most competent female pilot killed by her simp and I hope she burns in hell. Stella was decent as a berserker psycho at least. Sting Oakley was the most competent of those three and he was somehow killed off so unceremoniously.
