You have the Bloodmoon expansion for that; i doubt there are people out there who want to play Le Dragonborn bullshit with the Morrowind engine.
Maybe Morrowind mods set in actually interesting provinces like Argonia or the forest of the cannibal elves (Valenwood) would be sought after.

JFC i watched a bit of the Archcast let's play, and i don't know if this is supposed to be Oblivion or a psychological survival horror involving creepy mannequins.
All NPCs look like the ones in Avowed but with forced, uncanny valley-like facial expressions.
If the original NPCs looked derpy, these ones look possessed.
Maybe all the bugs are there for that Eternal Darkness feel.
