Like Baldur’s Gape 3 but less gay. Someone said Divinity Original Sin 2 was a good pick, but isn’t it the same people?

Indeed it is, so I have absolutely no idea how much of the gayness of BG3 was a WotC mandate, and how much of it is the devs' fault.

There's also Solasta, which like BG3 is based on D&D5e, but it's not an actual D&D product. No idea how much gayness can be found there, though.

If you can live with less graphic fidelity and an older edition, there's always Temple of Elemental Evil, Zorbus and Knights of the Chalice.

Got it, I’ll write those down. I just suck at the actual pen and paper aspect and my local friends are too busy, so something I can play virtually will be easier for me.
