Rape jokes are tricky because you have to take special care in the joke's construction, specifically the exaggeration. Daniel Tosh going "I hope you get raped" isn't a joke because there's no exaggeration. That actually happens and to most normies there's nothing funny about it. "I hope you get raped by a pile of dogshit!" is a proper joke because there's an absurdity involved. The bad guy getting raped by a gorilla at the end of Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls is funny because a) it's the bad guy and b), it's not something you see everyday.
