The AoE3DE DLC featuring the Ukraine and some other loser country is kill. Not that we ever got much info about it after its announcement a year or so ago.
Future DLC seems to also be not a thing anymore.

Not sure we will ever get to see that mysterious second DLC for AoM: Retold. That game has an even lower playerbase.
