Just implement Charter Schools nationwide. In burgerland, these private schools funded by taxpayer dollars can just open up another campus, move all the niggers to that campus, and get away with it. My high schoolalma mater in Indiana did just that recently.

Since the tax burden goes up by spending money on Charters, the Public Schools get worse in every state that implements them. So everyone would get more retarded as an added bonus.

These constant revivals are definitely tedious, but I liked Malcolm in the Middle - quite a bit, actually. That might be one of my favorite shows. Gangsta rap and drill rap are absolutely a massive part of it. That's not even speculation, as actual African niggers behave very differently, except for the two places in Europe where that shit is popular, namely the UK and France.

Now I don't want to be disingenuous here. In Germany that shit is also popular but the gangsta rappers here are mostly sandniggers, thus it's the sandniggers that behave exactly like niggers do in the USA.
