Man, I still think it's cool as fuck that Generation X went so hard for Trump. We're the only generation that voted majority Trump. There are several articles that analyze it.

"Came of age with Reagan". "Considers themselves less delicate than both older and younger generations." "Values independence". "Doesn't care what anyone does, just wants to be left alone". "Went to college just before wokeness took over academia".

Yeah! Of course that's not universal. I know plenty of woke fuckers my age. I wouldn't be surprised if Movieblob is my age.

But still generational differences have become super-interesting to me as I age and this election gives me a lot to think about.

This is one of those generational differences that I was talking about. Millienials and zoomers think that it's gay to enjoy things. Me, I think it's gay to NOT enjoy things. (And I think it boils down in a big way to our approach to sex, but that's complicated so I'll toss it aside for the sake of brevity).

I know that Trump isn't perfect. There are posts from here two years where I say that I wish he would step aside.

But he did run. And he won. And it pissed off all of the right people. And Trump still has his wits about him at his age. So I'm going to enjoy it because this is reality and you have to deal with it.

I'm sorry (actually I'm not) if some you believe that Kamala's loss somehow hurts your future, but we've had so many Presidents and the country is still here and achievers have still achieved and life will go on.
