Hiring an assassin also has the problem of leaving a trail to be picked up after: the hired assassin will want to escape alive and undetained, and if he is caught, he may sing and sink you. Even if he escapes, there will always be somethibng linking him to you, so you need to get rid of him, which requires a Clintonian trail of murders that starts to become hard to hide.

It's much better (albeit slower to produce results) to spend almost a decade calling your opponent the worst things imaginable and how someone should do everything to stop him, wink wink, and have an useful retard to pick up the slack and do it for you.
