Exactly. Not succumbing to toddler rage fits is an essential part to becoming a functioning and happy adult.
One should rather find out what is upsetting to them and figure out a way to avoid those situations or dealing with them in a better way.

I don't usually post game theory or pua shit on DHI and certainly don't believe it has much worth, but I've watched a few of this dude's videos and they're very down to earth. His schtick isn't "learn how to seduce any women," but more "recognize the women around you who may already be sending out signals that they're interested in you." Basically just pay attention. And if nobody is showing interest then work on yourself until they are.

Can't say for certain if this kind of shit works but I can say that "choose who chooses you" is a successful strategy I've seen work IRL. What he's talking about is an extension of that.

He has another good video where he talks about how women "shoot their shot" in a different way from men. Again, his videos aren't so much about how to pick up somebody or how to seduce somebody as how to just look at what's already happening around you and understand it.
