I'm seeing a lot of Twitter retards go on about this. People in the replies sensibly comment that this is a "The bigger they are, the harder they fall" situation, but that does nothing for the nuts who see only ONE answer here.

And there are multiple answers here, one of which is that people dance a little more on "The Marvels" grave because they know that it upsets weirdos on social media who have an insane culture war investment in Disney product doing well. They're stupid and it's fun to watch them get upset (which they did when "The Marvels" bombed). The DCEU doesn't have that kind of weight. Particularly not now.

The Flash is a trainwreck - evoked Spider-Man 3 for me?

It goes from unintentionally hilarious (Ezra saving a collapsing building in the first action beat) - to intentionally good - I liked most of his arc to process his mothers death - and Keaton and even Supergirl weren’t bad - to terrible - the climax is convoluted nonsense and this before they pull out silly putty replicas of Christopher Reeve and Nic Cage Superman.
If I watched this on acid I’d probably freak out - a lot of the time travel stuff would fuck w me. But this thing ends with the timeline getting fucked up and Batman being George Clooney - which causes one of Barrys teeth to fall out.
It’s a trainwreck, but there are more boring trainwrecks.
