Cloverfield is an atrocious "movie" that only got any traction at all because Pizza Media hyped it to death and still had enough sway back then to con normie moviegoers into thinking it was something they would like to voluntarily watch.

I never saw it myself, I was completely sick of found footage movies long before then.

I enjoy a good old-fashioned adventure film. Crystal Skull had Harrison Ford fighting soldiers and solving ancient puzzles to get to a treasure, with a fairly likable cast to back him up. That's really all I ask from an Indiana Jones movie. I can't think of anything I really hate from Skull or anything that sets it apart from Raiders and Crusade, except obviously that it was made years later and had aliens in it.

Honestly, I think Temple Of Doom is the bigger deviation in this franchise.
