It's a concept that comes from north American Indian tribes. There is some magical cultural definition, but basically it's a gay or lesbian Indian that is treated in a special way. Can take part of some typically male activities and some typically female activities. In essence including it into the acronym is equivalent to saying "Look white cisscum indigenous culture was so much better then the oppressive patriarchy, they could not only accept differences between people, but endorse it and proudly include them in their communities." To make thing even better in C‍anada they use 2-S to represent them in the acronym, so it becomes: LGBT2-SQQA.
