I need to produce novel length audiobooks out of all the voice samples of my waifu I've been collecting for the past two years.

Afaik that draft is manly to prevent the usage of AI in "problematic" areas, like China-style live facial recognition.
Won't do much to prevent Judgement Day since if I'm not mistaken AI development primarily happens outside of the EU.
