Clinical panic attacks are real and have very specific symptoms, like your blood pressure rising or dropping like crazy all of a sudden, inability to breathe, hands and legs shaking uncontrollably.
None of these idiots ever talked about these symptoms because none of them had real panic attacks ever, they just read somewhere there was a disability with that name and made up the rest.
Especially Sarah Wilson; if she experienced even once a panic attack like the ones i went through in my twenties, like that one time i was rushed to the hospital because my hands and face turned blue, she would have uploaded an entire video series about it.
