Recommending Tabletop Simulator over stuff like Roll20 (which just runs into your browser and already comes with many D&D sheets and tools, as well as full adventure modules) makes me suspect this guys doesn't have much experience outside of Steam.
Despite the name, Taletop Simulator is really more for boardgames. There's not much really for D&D players unless you have a shitload of 3D models that you and your friends want to "marvel" at for a more "authentic" experience.

And it seems we're once again approaching the "I've wasted the last X years of my life" part of the cycle.

I dunno, buying packs+1 would be slightly more economical than buying single bars and we know how much warthog loves wasting her welfare money (warrior pendant etc).

She might do both. A handful of single bars and four family packs aren't as bad as five family packs, right?

Tabletop simulator seemed really weird and unwieldy, I've seen only a little bit of it but it looks highly impractical.
You can use it to play warhammer, I guess, if playing it the usual way isn't quite autistic enough yet.
On the other hand you save a lot of money on miniatures.

Arthritis isn't going to get any better with age, that's for sure. She's immobilized herself already to a large degree with a combination of being too fat, sedentary and not seeking treatment.
Does she ever talk about medication for the Arthritis?

She's also way over trying to change. Notice that she doesn't talk about Diamond Dallas Page and his fitness stuff anymore, instead having switched to Jong Chin Xina, who doesn't tell her to move her ass.

There's a reason why previous virtual tabletop / board game simulators are a 2D affair: 3D might look fancier, but it really just adds faffing around with the camera.
An be careful with warhammer. Games Workshop probably shoots down any Warhammer mods as far as they can.
