1) Bad hygiene yeah but doesn't look like obese. Also, your initial claim was "unhealthy", not "dude is faaaat" or "dirty". You actually moved the goalpost.

This is eventually a good point but judging from how his siblings can get fat, he is probably not the kind of person who can get metabolic syndromes without getting fat first. Yeah, it's totally relevant, there is a good reason morbid obese men have significantly shorter lifespan (20 years less than average). They don't die from falling off a scouter.

Also, hyperisulinimia (excess tumor growth) and increased C-reactive protein (chronic low grade inflammation -> hard time recovering from cell/DNA damage) are bad for cancer.
